Crowne Plaza, Leeds

Goldhill Contracting carried out a major strip out of 135 bedrooms and corridors at the Crowne Plaza in Leeds with a Floor area of over 3500m2 which was completed within 3 weeks.

The works involved was to completely strip out 135 bedrooms and associated corridors to include all furniture, carpets, ceilings, bathrooms, tiled walls, and sanitary ware. Further strip out works where carried out in common area which was carried out in phases, and having to work along side other trades and tight planning and co-ordination was paramount to achieve programme.
