Intellectual Property Office, Newport South Wales

Goldhill Contracting carried out 22 Office Strip Out Phases at the Intellectual Property Offices in Newport South Wales with a Floor area of over 9600m2 on a  4 year contract.

The works involved stripping out the of whole of the building office space, broken down into 22 phases. Each phase of works consisted in stripping out office space back to core to allow refurbishment and then goldhill carried out the New Build Clean on completion of each phase and carried out cleaning of the contractors welfare facilities which where on site.
