Strip Out
Goldhill Contracting have undertaken strip out work throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, from major office refurbishments to retail units, high street banks, public houses and nightclubs, listed buildings, and even sea-going vessels. This has provided us with the experience, competence and professionalism that our clients expect.
Most of the work carried out usually involves Soft Strip, M & E Removal, Heavy Plant and Machinery, Duct and Ventilation Systems, Comms Rooms, Load Bearing Walls etc, and disposal of all waste to offer a full package. Our dedicated team will provide a quality service, efficiently and competently.
Goldhill Contracting, service and complete for their clients an area of over 2,000,000 m2 within the office and commercial sector through either their strip out, cleaning or contract services each year.
M & E Strip Out
Goldhill Contracting have the expertise and experience to dismantle all M&E requirements from Duct Work, Large Air Handling Units, Boilers, all associated Pipe Work and Large Scale Plant Rooms back to core. We also remove all Cabling, Small Power, Floor Boxes and Chase Electrics back to incoming feeds where needed on projects.
Structural Walls
Goldhill Contracting will carry out Demolition and Removal of any Walls which have been identified as Structural on projects. Once established by a Structural Engineer and Propped in readiness by Builders, Goldhill Contracting Operatives using various methods, best suited for the safe removal and disposal, will carry out this task for our Clients.
Once completed all waste is then carted away to general builders skips and disposed, and the area is wept clean.
All waste transfer notes are then handed to the client shortly after the project is completed.
Non Structural Walls
Within any project that requires Wall Removals, Goldhill will remove identified Partitions, Glazed, Folding Partitions, Blockwork and Brickwork which are to be removed on Projects safely, and working to Site Specific Risk Assessment and Method Statements.
Once completed all waste is then carted away to general waste skips and disposed, and the area is wept clean.
All waste transfer notes are then handed to the client shortly after the project is completed.
Heavy Plant
On larger projects Goldhill Contracting have the experience and expertise to Dismantle and Dispose and Heavy Plant and Machinery, we can also arrange Crane Removals for Plant on High Rise Buildings if Required or Dismantle in situ. Mezzanine Floors
Goldhill Contracting will carry out Mezzanine Floors removals on any project, either as a stand alone project or part of a full Strip Out package. Goldhill has carried out many Projects removing Mezzanine Floor, so please do not hesitate to ask us if you require any further information.
