Robotic Demolition & Diamond Core Drilling
Robotic Demolition
On Projects that require removals of any of the following:
- Staircase Demolition
- Removal of Sections following Diamond Cutting
- Ceilings / Walls / Floor Slabs
- Bank Vaults / Strong Rooms
We can use Robotic Demolition Machines to carry out these activities if needed. These are all electric powered and can therefore be used inside buildings without creating fumes. Other than noise caused by the actual breaking or crunching process, in the main noise is considerably less than that made by conventional machines. Being remotely operated, the operator can stand in a position of safety and have a clearer view of the work in progress.
These machines can be fitted with hydraulic breakers, cruncher jaws and other attachments. Within structural limitations, they can be tracked up and down staircases to allow access throughout buildings, and for their weight are far more productive than conventional diesel powered excavators.
Diamond Core Drilling
Goldhill Contracting can facilitate diamond core drilling works, where a projects is in need of creating holes for services required. Diamond core drilling is used for straight forward work, such as forming holes in solid materials for the purpose of carrying mechanical and electrical services across new and refurbishment projetcs.
Floor Sawing and Track Sawing
Goldhill Contracting can carry out Concrete Floor Sawing on projects for either removal of concrete floors, or to remove part of the concrete floor for Lifts and Services.
Track Sawing is also used for creating openings in concrete walls for doorways etc.
