Trained Operatives

Our clients often require operatives either during ongoing projects or after completed projects to carry out extra work. We can supply operatives with a range of skills at very short notice for both long and short term projects to assist with all general site duties.

We actively promote regular training and can offer the services of operatives trained in the use of specialist equipment.

Health & Safety

We are committed to adhering to Health and Safety regulations. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of our employees at work by providing a safe working environment and establishing safe systems of work practice amongst our operatives.

To do this we ensure that all staff are competent to perform the duties expected of them and, if appropriate, provide instruction, training and supervision.
We are fully accredited members of the SAFEcontractor Scheme.

Safe Environmental Practice

We recognise the importance of maintaining good environmental management practice within our industry and, strive to work together with our clients, employees and contractors to comply with environmental policies.

A major part of our business involves the disposal of rubbish and waste materials and we do this effectively, managing the waste generated from our business and disposing of it appropriately through reduction, re-use and recycling facilities where possible.

We hold a Waste Carrier License issued by the Environment Agency.

Safe Environmental Practice

Risk and Method Statements are produced and issued prior to any work commencing. All work that carries signi cant risk is assessed and recorded to ensure procedures are carried out to reduce or eliminate potential hazards and enforce safe working conditions.

Risk and Method Statements will be available on site and all our operatives will be required to familiarise themselves with the contents of the statements before starting work.
